Tenete Designer Pet Beds offer German engineering at its finest - hand-crafted luxurious pet beds, that are made with the finest materials and hand-finished to the highest standards. Each design incorporates the most durable canvasses for the exterior, and the most comfortable, long-lasting Dacron filling.
Another side to our founder Sabine is that she studied fashion design in Germany and worked as a Fashion Stylist, before following her passion for horses and setting up her own Stables. After buying innumerable pet beds for her own animals that were of terrible quality and basic design, Sabine realised there was an opportunity to create a stylish pet bed that was actually built to last, and could look beautiful in the home from start to finish.
With her own pets as the test subjects to put the beds through their paces, she was able to create designs that would stand up to the rough and tumble of 'her pack' and various rescue dogs and cats each taking turns to use them.
Her fondness for fabrics and colours combined with her passion for animals. She says: "I want my beautiful pet beds to not only please the animals, but also to be attractive decor in peoples’ homes". And of course, 100% of proceeds support animals in need, through our Little Steps Matter Non-profit Foundation. A win-win for all!

Dacron Interior
We spent a very long time testing out different interior fillings with Sabine’s own dogs, to find the perfect Dacron which is both durable and doesn’t get lumpy. Paired with a hard‑wearing and easily-washable canvas fabric for the covers, makes for the perfect bed.
All beds can be easily unzipped, and covers can be machine washed up to 40°C. Puuurfect!
